"Lukas paints have a bit less pigment in comparison to more expensive brands, thus they are more transparent. Transparency can be to artist’s advantage. When I paint in glazes it’s a must to layer paint in transparent washes of color. Lukas oils are also easy to mix and apply with a palette knife. They are very soft and creamy." - Veronica Winters |
