★★★★★ 5 out of 5 stars - NaDo - "Always Handy"

"Great little tool for drawing. I use it mostly to pick out highlights rather than big erasures. It also works well lightening up or totally removing graphite, charcoal, and pastel lines under dry watercolor. I work in mixed media, watercolor, ink, graphite, charcoal, and Conté crayon. I've even been able to pull up white paper using it over non staining watercolors like raw and burnt sienna, and cerulean and cobalt blue. It's lightweight plastic, easy to hold, comes with replacement tips, and easy to refill."

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's O.K. I have had this for a few weeks now. I've used it several times and I'm not that impressed with it at all. It spins so fast that you can't control it. If what you want to erase is next to another color - it will erase all. I don't feel that it's that easy on the paper either. I use #65 card stock and it does thin the paper.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good electric eraser I bought this awhile back just because I wanted to try an electric eraser. It takes some getting used to. I have small hands and it was awkward for me to use at first, but I quickly got the hang of it. I like that it comes with extra erasers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it I have used many different types of erasers but this really surprised me. It works very well with colored pencils. It also came with 40 replacement tips. In a small case. However if your not careful it will go through the paper. It's also great for highlights

How do you install batteries How do you install the batteries?

Asked by: CheriLynn
To install the batteries in the eraser, you will need to pry the snap case of the eraser apart. To open the unit you will need to first remove the top plastic cap. Next, find the seam of the case that runs around the horizontal side of the plastic body of the eraser. Once the case is opened you can install the batteries like you would for a remote control. Reverse the steps to close the eraser body back up. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Our customer service department is always here to help you.

Hi, I bought this eraser and have gone through the first eraser.  How do I replace it with a new eraser?  Do I pull off the grey shaft that holds the eraser from metal spinning rod?  Tried to do this and doesn't seem to come off without possibly breaking

Asked by: ChezDawn
To clarify, as the answer above is insufficient, don't use the eraser until it's all the way level with the base.  Otherwise, you will not be able to pull out the eraser stub very easily. I had to take the end of a paper clip and gouge out what was left of my eraser in the base to get it all out. This should be made clear in the directions for this eraser, as well as not pulling out the base altogether to replace the eraser. Other brands of electric erasers have you pull out the base completely. I would have broken mine if I would have followed suit!

How do I install the batteries in my quickfix+ eraser?

Asked by: Tommy gun
Thank you for contacting us. You must first remove the ring from the tip of the eraser body and then pry the plastic casing apart at the seam that runs the full length of the eraser casing. You can then insert the batteries into the body of the eraser. After inserting the batteries you can reverse the process. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
