Shiva oil and casein paints are made in the United States by Jack Richeson. Richeson uses only pure, artist-grade pigments, formulated under exacting laboratory controls in the Shiva Series. The casein colors are fast-drying, reworkable, and water-soluble, while the oil paint sticks are convenient for on-the-go painting.
