The popular Berlin brush features a nickel-plated silver ferrule and a long Blue Turquoise handle made of wood from sustainable forests. The handles are dipped in a high-grade varnish four times, which helps to keep them in good condition if properly cleaned. Today there are hosts of synthetic brushes available, but there has never been an acrylic brush able to outperform natural hair, that is until now. All Berlin brushes are interlocked using a special heat treatment process that creates a bounce-back memory effect and produces a brush with great shape and resistance. Berlin brushes use a blend of four different filament diameter sizes between .1mm to .28mm. The synthetic filament hair is also treated and shaped so that each brush closely parallels natural hair in texture and tapers to create a very robust brush body with a soft feel at the tip
