When we first looked at this easel we almost thought it was a joke. In front of us where two pieces of wood 12" long with a notch cut out at an angle. It also said patent pending and we thought what can you possibly do with these. Then we took a 24×24" The Edge 3/4" stretched canvas and placed it in the right and left easel section. We were truly amazed. It actually supported the canvas very well. An unlikely design that now had important implications. Holds your canvas very sturdy while you're painting.
