The blending powder unlocks oil-based colored pencils so that you can make corrections and even erase areas. With Touch-Up Texture, you can recover lost surface tooth in your drawing. All you need to do is apply a small amount of Touch-Up Texture, allow it to dry, and add new layers of colored pencil. Or use it to create bright white highlights by mixing it with their Titanium White Powder. You can also apply Titanium White Powder with an applicator sponge in areas where you need to add white. You can apply the creamy mixture with a detail brush. Once dry, you can draw over the highlights. Touch-Up Texture Bottle: Recover lost tooth in your drawings with a bottle of Touch-Up Texture. All you need to do is apply a small amount of Touch-Up Texture, let it dry, and add new layers of colored pencil. Or mix it with Colored Pencil Titanium White to create bright white highlights.
