If you chose a special shipping method (next day air, 2nd day air, 3 day select, or priority mail) then shipping costs are $7.50 plus "Actual Shipping Costs". "Actual Shipping Costs" are determined by carrier and are calculated with the size of the package, weight of the package, and distance. "Actual Shipping Costs" cannot be calculated or estimated until the order has been picked and packed. A Customer Service Representative will phone you to provide the entire costs of shipping if the shipping costs are above 20% of the merchandise total. This call will occur the very next business day after your order has been entered into our system. (ie: Order is entered into the website on 4:00 PM Tuesday, our representative downloads and enters orders on Wednesday at 8:00 AM, the order then gets picked and packed and costs are obtained no later than Thursday. At the time a phone call will be made.)

BACKORDERS AND REFUNDS
In order to serve you better our new line item backorder system allows us to backorder all out of stock products with a price of $25 or more or an aggregate total price of $25 or more when you order open stock items in volume. All products with a total line price under $25 will be canceled. Customers are not charged for unshipped merchandise.

PAYMENT METHODS
Acceptable forms of payment for on-line ordering are: MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER.

SHIPPING METHODS
Most shipments are made by Federal Express. Some smaller shipments and customers in APO's, HI, AK, and PR will receive shipments made by Parcel Post. Oversize shipments will be made by private trucking firms. All other shipments, export or otherwise are made in the most economical and reliable manner.

RETURNS: PRE-AUTHORIZED FORM
A pre-authorized form is included with your packing slip and may be used in the event that merchandise received, for whatever reason, is not satisfactory (Custom mats and frames, as well as flatfiles can not be returned unless defective) We suggest that you hold onto this form along with all other papers relating to your orders, just in case you find yourself with a product with a fault in it when working. Simply return it in the most convenient method preferably UPS. If a form is not handy simply foward your returns to Jerry's Artarma, 5325 Departure Dr, Raleigh, NC 27616-1835.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
In the event that you receive a package that has been damaged or tampered with, the following simple procedure should be followed: Sign the U.P.S. or other carrier's bill of lading and note that the outside carton appears damaged. If a loss or damage has taken place, notify U.P.S. or other carrier by phone within 72 hours. They will send a person down to see you. All our shipments are insured, so if for any reason you do not get satisfaction, call us for assistance. We'll be happy to help you.
