ELIGIBILITY

Jerry's Summer of Giveaways is open to US Residents only. Not available where prohibited by law. All giveaways exclude employees of Jerry's Artarama Management Corporation, its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and the families and/or household members of each of the above.
Entrants must be 13 years of age or older. Entries are limited to one per person and one per email address per Giveaway. Only available to online/phone order cutomers and not valid in any store

PRIZE ACCEPTANCE

All prizes are not transferable, including Jerry's eGift Cards. Any taxes on the prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. No substitutions or cash redemptions allowed. Jerry's Artarama reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available.

Giveaway winners: To claim your free gift, contact us by phone at 1-800-U-ARTIST or by email at [email protected] and let us know how you would like to receive it. Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

If your name is not drawn and you are not notified that you are a winner of a SUMMER OF GIVEAWAYS, you are not eligible to claim a prize.

Prize winners agree to release Jerry's Artarama and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this Giveaway or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any prize.

Jerry's Artarama is not responsible for any printing, typographical, mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Giveaway or in the announcement of the prize. Jerry's Artarama is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Jerry's Artarama on account of technical problems or traffic congestion via mobile phone.

If for any reason, this program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Jerry's Artarama reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway. Jerry's Artarama reserves the right to select winners from eligible entries received as of the termination date. Jerry's Artarama further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
