Upload 3 photos of your pastel artwork to share on Jerry's Facebook Wall. 2 images should show your artwork in progress and 1 should show the finished piece. Artwork must be submitted by April 22, 2011 to participate.

Gallery Extra-Fine Soft Pastel Sets

A true bang for the buck! Excellent, vibrant pigments with consistent smooth applicability. Being formerly unfamiliar with this Korean product, I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pigments in relation to their reasonable pricing.

I've worked with all the major brands of pastels for over 20 years. Soft pastels are the "top layer" of my paintings and I'm pretty picky about the quality. I tried Mungyo pastels after buying an introductory set. To my surprise, they were buttery, luminous and easy to work with. There was no discernable difference in ease of use or appearance to pastels that were much more expensive.
