Heavy Duty White Pine Stretcher Bars Provide Maximum Strength
  • Finger jointed for super straight and strong strips
  • Tongue and groove design allows you to key at corners
  • Each strip measures 1½" deep × 2" wide
Only about 15% of all artists that stretch canvases use heavy duty stretchers. Creative Mark set its focus on providing a better quality all Pine bar and a way to sell these bars to artists at a substantial savings. These bars feature a 1-½" deep rounded lip so there will be no "ghost" impressions on the canvas surface. 

The rounded back edge reduces surface friction and allows for a smoother, tighter draw on the canvas for a more even painting surface. The feel when you put the brush to canvas using these stretchers is just marvelous! 12 Corner keys are provided free of charge. Sold in boxes of six.

Please note: A minimum purchase of 4 assorted boxes is required. Strips and Cross Braces may be assorted.
