Somerset Velvet Printmaking Papers

Somerset is a beautiful paper to work with, boasting a lightfastness rating of 7 on the Blue Wool Scale for all colors. Each sheet comes with 4 deckle edges and is watermarked (except for the book papers) for authenticity.   

 

Aside from its traditional printmaking pedigree, Somerset has become a very popular paper for invitations and announcements.  It works equally well with letterpress, engraving, foil stamping and offset.  A matching range of acid-free envelopes are now available in a variety of sizes, featuring a number of stylish design elements such as the elegant elongated flap and the luscious white and softwhite tones.
