These gorgeous, brilliant opaque paints spread smoothly and stay flexible. They are a perfect choice for fabric and leather, but are also stunning on surfaces like paper, photos, wood, shrink plastic and even styrofoam!
Neopaque paints are designed to cover dark backgrounds with light application. On light backgrounds they produce a subtle "designer palette" alternative to a more intense color scheme.
Neopaque colors may be painted, stenciled, screen printed, airbrushed (when diluted) and stamped. They may also be added to Jacquard Lumiere colors to produce an antique effect.
