Like all aluminum easels, the No. 700 is easy to move about and to transport since it weighs just 15 lbs! The aluminum construction will never warp or deteriorate like wood. You can assemble this easel without any tools in just minutes, and fold it down for storage making it a great space saver for cramped studios.
This easel will accommodate up to 60" high canvases (for larger size canvases see extensions under No. 500) and any reasonable width and sports a 24" wide utility tray with palette holder. Center section may be raised or lowered to set painting angle as desired. This model is the most solid easel in the Stanrite line and is made to professional standards.
