Black Sable is a perfect compliment for artists working with Kolinsky Red Sable. It is just slightly coarser than Kolinsky hair, allowing it to stand up better to rougher surfaces. Since it shapes and responds so well, it is perfect for the watercolorist. This line also works incredibly well with thinned oils and acrylics and grips paint evenly and fully for the truest strokes possible. Set in gold tone seamless nickel ferrules, they are master quality brushes offered by us at bargain prices.
Rounds are sized like watercolor brushes to be larger and hold large volumes of thinned oils, acrylics and watercolors. Also available in Filberts, Brights and Sets of each.
