ABOUT MATISSE
Matisse is Australia's premiere line of professional artist quality acrylic paints and mediums. Only the finest pigments and ingredients are selected, so all Matisse colors have the highest lightfastness rating of ASTM 1 or 2. Matisse colors are also archival quality, so you can paint with the confidence that your finished piece of art will still be enjoyed for generations to come.
CONTEST ELIGIBILITY
Open to all U.S. artists age 18 or older using any combination of Matisse Structure and Matisse Flow Acrylic Colors. Work must be original, executed in 2009 and not previously used by Jerry's Artarama for any of its marketing materials. Entry in this contest establishes an agreement on the part of the artist to all rules and conditions outlined in the official rules and entry form, and is a contract prmitting Jerry's to exhibit entries selected by the judging committee. Substitutions for entries sold or otherwise committed before acceptance are not allowed.
ENTRY PROCEDURES
Up to two works may be entered. Each artwork may be represented by up to three separate images showing details or different views of the work. Works must be submitted as a digital image in JPG format only. PowerPoint presentation format is not accepted. All JPG images need to be saved on a CD at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Each image must be labeled with a corresponding entry number and a title. CDs must be identified with artist's name, title of artworks, dimensions and medium. All contestants will receive e-mail confirmation once their work has been received.
