 "I was impressed by the consistency of SoHo from color to color, especially when layering colors, as is my practice. I found the colors to be luminous and vibrant, making them highly pigmented. But my favorite part is how they dry. There was no shift in color saturation from wet to dry. And they had a gloss finish. Absolutely no dead spots." |
